About Paint with Sheila
A little bit about Sheila
Sheila O’Brien is a passionate teacher, artist, and community builder who hails from Pembroke, Ontario. She believes that art-making is a healing and socially constructive experience, and she wants everyone to unlock the secret powers of creation.
Sheila has a Master’s of Art Education from Concordia University, and has been teaching art for twenty years. Sheila draws inspiration from her world travels, her students, and the beauty of the Ottawa Valley. Sheila is wholly committed to inclusion, and all Paint With Sheila sessions are safe spaces.
The greatest community building exercise is coming together to paint.
